The EGUSD School Nurse for Edna Batey is Lynny Huynh-Nguyen, RN.  Lynny will primarily be on campus on Tuesdays but can be reached through the school office or District email: LHuynhNg@egusd.net.

 

Parents/Guardians: As soon as possible, please provide the Health Office with a supply of any medications your child might require at school. All medication must be accompanied by an MD order/prescription on the 2020-2021 EGUSD Medication Assistance Authorization Form. All medications on EGUSD property, even over-the-counter medications such as cough drops, acetaminophen, and even lip balm need an MD prescription. For further assistance, please contact EGUSD School Nurse via the school office.

 

Welcome Kindergarten families! If you have not already done so, please complete the Health Examination for School Entry and the Oral Health exam with your doctor. These are required for school and need to be completed in the first year. If you have questions about completing this requirement, please email the school nurse, Lynny Huynh-Nguyen, at LHuynhNg@egusd.net.
